How much does a master bathroom remodel cost in Scottsdale?

Luxury master bathroom transformations typically range from $25,000 to over $100,000, depending on structural expansions, custom tile work, zero-threshold showers, premium vanities and high-end plumbing fixtures.

Can you build a curbless shower in an existing home?

Often, yes. Most Valley homes are built on a slab, so a curbless entry means recessing the shower floor or using a low-profile pan with proper waterproofing. We confirm what your structure allows during design.

Do you handle HOA approval in Scottsdale communities?

Yes. We prepare and submit plan packages, renderings and material specifications to HOA architectural committees in communities such as Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Troon North, Desert Mountain, Gainey Ranch and McCormick Ranch.

Can we keep using the house while the master bath is remodeled?

Yes. Most clients live at home and use another bathroom during construction; your project manager plans the work so the rest of the house stays usable.

Planning your master bath

Size, light and layout come first.

A master bathroom remodel can improve how your home looks and works, add features you will use every day, and increase the value of your property.

We start by evaluating your master bedroom and your size preferences, then measure to find the dimensions and angles that make the most of the space. From there we plan the shower, tub, vanities and storage together, so the finished room reads as one design rather than a set of upgrades.

Master bathroom remodeling in Scottsdale

Scottsdale homeowners ask us for master baths that feel like a resort: a walk-in shower big enough for two, a freestanding tub under a window, and storage that keeps everything out of sight. Many of those homes sit in gated and master-planned communities, so we prepare the plan package, renderings and material specifications the HOA architectural committee needs, and pull permits through the City of Scottsdale.

Plan the bath and the suite together

A master bath often becomes a primary suite remodel — bedroom, bath and closet designed as one retreat. If mobility or aging in place matters, our walk-in shower conversions add a curbless entry, grab bars and a built-in bench without making the room feel clinical. On behalf of my wife and me, we thank you. Only caring professionals, painstaking and meticulous, could have created our brand new happy kitchen nearly a year ago from the dingy 1957 original monstrosity that we had lived with.
